Body Back Boost

Our safe and effective High-Intensity Interval Training, total body workouts address the body of a mom, whether she had her baby 2 months ago or 20 years ago. We offer a holistic approach; mind-body-spirit balanced fitness with like minded mommies. This fitness program is designed for moms of any stage to challenge themselves to reach their fullest potential in a supportive and inspiring environment. We strive to empower women to take an hour out of her day to re-charge, challenge herself and connect with other women. Body Back Boost workouts are available 2 days a week.
